Looking at the headers we will see:

Message-ID: <01c82729$c2a19190$8f991918@David.Smith>
From: “Anne Stallings”

The sender claims to be Anne Stallings but the email address belongs to David Smith - David.Smith@cn.ca
To pass the spam filters they used a well know technique:

  • splitting words - Bach elors
  • adding non-meaningful text - the one in the end of the email:
“he stuck it on a low branch of the tree he was under, and on the
was glad to see that these last individuals bestowed themselves
enough; but even that was better than to have it drunk by savages”

What is it about? They are inviting you to get better eduction and get the job you want. What you have to do is call their them. Whether this will get effect and whether this will have result? It is always up to you. You can call, you can get their diploma but it is up to you to get the job you want.

Probably they just want to get more students using a low cost advertising - SPAM. Do you want to call them? I wouldn’t call. What I will learn - that the best marketing strategy is spam? It just don’t worth.
